Catering

We have plenty of variety and pride ourselves on generous portions to keep guests satisfied. In addition we have ample servings of fruit, vegetables and salad with morning and afternoon tea, as well as supper provided to keep up energy levels. Vegetarian options are also available and we accommodate most special diets and food allergies. Our menu is entirely flexible to your requirements.

 Breakfast

The best way to start the day is with a healthy breakfast due to the long term health benefits of reducing obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes. At Portland Bay Lodge we provide a range of breakfast options that include bacon and eggs, cereals, fresh fruit, toast and spreads, juice, eggs, sausages and pancakes.

Lunch

Eating lunch is vital to a healthy, balanced daily diet but just as important though is to take a break from the morning's activities. At Portland Bay Lodge you can enjoy freshly baked rolls or wraps with your choice of fillings, fresh fruit and juice, baked potatoes, sausage rolls and pies.

Dinner

Dinner is a great time to get together and reflect on the days activities. The meals you will enjoy consist of roast meats, gravy, vegetables, lasagna, spaghetti, tacos, ice cream, chocolate mouse and fresh fruit. During dinner our resident teachers will reflect on the days activities and deliver some unique experiences to guests.

Supper

Having a light snack later in the evening is often the highlight for many of the children on camps as they enjoy a hot chocolate combined with biscuits, cake, cheesecake and marshmallows. This ensures they are full before bed and ready for the next day.!
