Cancellation Policy:
The accommodation is
held in good faith for you for the number of nights booked and accordingly all subsequent bookings and inquiries (by others) will be declined if they contain any of the dates you have booked.
We do however appreciate that unexpected situations arise and we therefore request that all cancellations must be made & received by us in writing and we recommended that you acquire travel insurance to cover yourself for such an event. Our cancellation policy will need to be adhered to and is detailed below.
1. Cancellations received with more than 60 days receive a full refund of "deposit" less $100 admin fee.
2. Cancellations received with 14 - 59 days - "deposit" is forfeited unless
accommodation is re-booked for the same period and rate, as booked by you. If re-booked the "deposit", less any shortfall of revenue (if applicable), will be fully refunded
to you less a $100 admin fee.
3. Cancellations received with 0 - 14 days - the full amount for the booked accommodation is payable i.e. the full amount (if prepaid) is forfeited / or the "deposit" is forfeited and the "balance" is payable.
4. No refund will be made for any early departure whatsoever.
5. The owners also reserve the right to cancel any booking and provide a full refund if any unforeseen circumstances arise.
